Scarce A L’Etoile Scellée invitation to a show of works by Man Ray (1890-1976) in April 1956, with a text by André Breton (1896-1966), manager of the Surrealist gallery, and check-list of exhibited works. A L’Etoile Scellée, located on rue du Pré-aux-Clercs in the 7th arrondissement, was an influential exhibition space for the Surrealists from 1952 to 1956.
