18 pp. 8vo (191 x 125 mm.), modern aubergine cloth (upper cover split but holding), title on upper cover. Paris: Félix & Regnault-Delalande, 1819.
An uncommon auction catalogue of paintings, drawings, prints, and books. The expert Regnault-Delalande (1762-1824) presided over more than 300 auctions and was the most prolific dealer of the period. Other examples of this catalogue bear inscriptions recording the owners as “Jeannerey,” “Bance jeune,” and “Potrelle et Comp,” as noted by the Getty Provenance Index. Potrelle very likely refers to a print dealer whose stock was liquidated in 1805 by Regnault-Delalande (Lugt 6901).
