An uncommon exhibition catalogue of artists’ books, this is a follow-up to Turner and Ian Tyson’s British Artist’s Books since 1970 (1983) exhibition. Features essays by Simon Ford, Cathy Courtney, Silvie Turner, and Stefan Szczelkun. Regarding the scope of this exhibition, Turner and Tyson write: “For the purposes of this survey, our approach has been as wide as possible, and we have included a large spectrum of artist’s books encompassing livre d’artistes to one-offs made of wood and plaster.”
