Limited to 125 numbered copies, signed by the author and printed on paper handmade from the inner bark of the mulberry tree by Hunter while in Asia. The specimens, many of which are folding, are in excellent condition. The paper specimens were collected by Hunter during his journeys in China “as well as in Indo-China, Java, Sumatra, Siam, Malay Peninsula, and other Asiatic countries where the Chinese have emigrated” and include mock-money, both ancient and contemporary; ornamental burning envelopes and trays; and examples of paper gods.
