Rare postcard invitation to Polke’s third and final show with his former classmate and collaborator Konrad Fischer. The image on the recto shows an earlier iteration of Polke’s installation of Vitrinenstück, the version depicted in Ausstellungen bei Konrad Fischer… varies substantially.

In excellent condition. Mailed to curator Judith Cahen (b. 1938).

A rare facsimile reproduction of a notebook illustrated by Sigmar Polke (1941-2010). On the upper cover of the notebook are the dates “12-13.1.70” and a note at the bottom “für Palermo / von Sigmar 26.3.70,” both reproduced in facsimile. A facsimile inscription to the publisher Klein is at the end of the notebook.
